Phonak Audéo Life’s new housing and special coating fully seals the device, making it waterproof. Phonak hopes users of the Audeo Life will experience less anxiety wearing the aids around water or while doing physical exercise. In addition, they are the first Phonak hearing aids designed with a new induction charger called the Phonak Charger Case Go. When a consumer places their Audéo Life hearing aids into the new charger case, the hearing aids are magnetically held into place for charging at home and on the go.
The new inductive charger, which magnetically holds the hearing aids in place, makes it very easy to insert and remove the hearing aids. The internal battery can charge the hearing aids three times.

The Bluetooth protocol for Audéo Life enables the hearing aids to be paired to up to eight Bluetooth devices and be connected to two simultaneously.
Audéo Life also allows for accurate hands-free use of mobile, keep your phone in your pocket and answer your phone call by pressing a button on the hearing aid.
Phonak Audéo Life runs on the PRISM (Processing Real-time Intelligent Sound Management) and includes new motion sensors in the rechargeable version.
The chip runs the new AutoSense 4.0 software. AutoSense constantly scans the listening environment and fine-tunes the audio with up to 200 adjustments for an optimised listening experience.
Motion sensors detect when the user is stationary or in motion and automatically adjust the microphones and the dynamic noise reduction system to maximise speech intelligibility.
Speech Enhancer enhances one-on-one conversations when people speak softly by providing more gain on the soft input speech signals.
The new Dynamic Noise Cancellation system employs a directional beamformer when users try to understand speech in a loud environment. The new system works with Phonak’s adaptive beamformer and the motion sensor.
Phonak has introduced a new Tap feature to Paradise Hearing Aids. By simply tapping the hearing aids, you can answer calls, pause or resume streaming or activate your virtual assistant (e.g. Siri)
Phonak ActiveVent
ActiveVent Receiver is new Phonak speaker technology. ActiveVent uses a mechanically switching vent. ActiveVent closes in noisy environments blocking out background noise. ActiveVent stays open in quiet situations, allowing your voice to sound natural. When streaming Music, the Vent will close again, improving sound quality.
ActiveVent is the world’s first intelligent hearing aid speaker, designed for challenging listening environments. It is controlled by AutoSense OS™ 4.0 – automatically adjusting your hearing aids to suit the environment.
Phonak Phone App
The Phonak Remote app allows users to make multiple adjustments to the hearing aids.
Phonak Life allows for remote hearing care. This means you can have a face-to-face appointment with a video with an audiologist, and the hearing aids can be adjusted remotely via the Internet.
Phonak myCall-to-Text app – will transcribe so the user can read what is being said in real-time.

Roger Direct Compatible – Roger Direct Technology is built in Paradise. This means Paradise hearing aids can communicate directly with Roger’s suite of wireless microphones. Roger Microphones bridge the gap in hearing ability when background noise is present and where there is a distance from the speaker (more than 2m).
